Christopher learns to Multiply

The concept of multiplication can be tricky for small children. However, many manipulatives can be created to help them understand. The following idea stemmed from a manipulative that I saw in my older son's Montessori classroom. Instead of spending a lot of money to buy this manipulative, I decided to come up with one on my own. I used what I had on hand. To my excitement, Christopher grasped the concept. Yay!
