Ninja - Week 6

 Yoga- learning mind/body control
 This week for our ninja class we visited Ms. Rachael who is a yoga instructor for children. I felt it was important for the children to catch another perspective on having mind/body control.  Something that I am certain that ninja had a lot of strength in.

  Learning to balance 

 
 
 
 She spoke often about the importance of ninja knowing how to master their body movements
 
Many yoga position were taught that i was unable to capture.  
She did an excellent job at teaching and the children did an incredible job at learning.
